Playing with the @talbottbrothers last night was so magical ✨🧡
Thank you!Snow flurries when the Friends and Conserve School volunteers started working on clearing the glades and the ski trails. Colors are beautiful and the chairlift ride to the top of the hill was brisk but awesome.
Camera goof...the Artist in Residence Presentation Board somehow ended up as a video instead of a photo!
Thank you to all who attended today's Volunteer Appreciation Party, Dinner and The Friends of The Porkies Annual Meeting. It was a good time and the food was so delicious and plentiful! We are thankful for The Friends of The Porkies and its Membership, and we appreciate so much our outstanding Volunteers. Special thanks to performers Gary Lukkari, Jack Joliff, Carrie Anne Thompson who sat in with Jack for a song, and to the brainchild of the Busking Stage all those years ago, the Mule Man himself...Dale Venema. Now onward we go with our sights set on 2020!

Attention Volunteers and Porcupine Mountains Music Festival Buskers & Chalet Performers: The Friends of the Porkies will be holding a Volunteer Appreciation Party and its Annual Meeting at the Ontonagon Eagles 2239 on Sunday, October 6, 2019 starting at 3 PM until 7 PM. Social time from 3-4 PM in the front bar area of the Eagles and the stage will be set and the mics turned on for those who wish to go up and play music.
